- An Order Confirmation Invoice will be emailed back to you which will include shipping and receiving information, along with payment option details.
We are happy to ship orders overseas. International customers will be responsible for paying any possible taxes/duties in their country.
Ordering
All products with a price listed on our Web Site are available (unless we sold out today!)
All Prices are current and include GST.
All Quotations and Order Confirmation Invoices are valid for 14 days from date of issue.
Goods are shipped only after payment is received.
Product Selection is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you contact us before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns about the use of a particular product; or the compatibility of components pertaining to their fitness of intended use.
Paying
Internet Banking/Direct Deposits: payments are normally received within two business days. Bank account details are included on your Order Confirmation Invoice.
Credit Card: secure online Credit Card transaction processing via Paypal. Payments are confirmed immediately. Your Order Confirmation Invoice includes a personalised Paypal payment button.
Cheque: your invoice includes our postal address.
Cash: Direct sales available during advertised open hours (see below). Please Note: No Eftpos/Credit Card on-site.
Shipping
We use NZ Parcel Post and Courier Post services to deliver parcels up to 25 kg. Parcels are typically dispatched within one business day of receiving payment. Target delivery times are between 1-4 business days, depending on your location.
Bulk orders, Slides and larger goods are typically dispatched within four business days of receiving payment. Shipping rates include Freight Insurance. Please read our Insured Freight Terms and Conditions here.
