These Terms and Conditions of sale are for orders placed on our website, they constitute the contract between us and you for the supply of products ordered from our online web shop.
You must be eighteen (18) years or older to place any orders.
Once paid, if you want to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately to halt dispatch, which may be within hours of receiving payment.
We provide information and various options here to help you with your decision making process, but product selection is the responsibility of the Buyer. Please choose carefully as we are not obligated to refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Product exchange is at our discretion but will be considered if it’s within 14 days of purchase and providing the goods are in original, unused condition.
We recommend you contact us before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns about the use of a particular product; or the compatibility of components pertaining to their fitness of intended use.
Our quality control is such that faulty goods are very rare. However, if any goods are deemed to be faulty, we will repair or replace any faulty goods – otherwise a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. (Children should never have access to playground equipment if it is damaged or faulty.)
All of our Playground Equipment has at least a one year Warranty, this covers the product when used for it’s intended purpose, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. as well as being covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
By placing an order, paying in whole or in part and/or accepting receipt of goods, the Buyer agrees to and accepts the above Terms and Conditions. subject only to the contrary terms of any statute including the Consumer Guarantees Act.
